Simon Wright
Simon Wright makes paintings of cardboard models and junk constructions. His work is often inspired by the commonplace and familiar, but through the process of making takes on its own skewed logic. The models are made with paintings in mind. They are personal interpretations of everyday things, relating to both art and life. He makes forms that he wants to paint.
